ZemiTek Awarded GSA BPA for National Lease Administration and FOIA Support Services

ZemiTek is pleased to announce the award of a National Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide National Lease Administration and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Support Services to the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Service (PBS) Realty Support Branch, effective January 1, 2023.

Through this agreement, ZemiTek’s on-site professionals will support the GSA PBS Realty Support Branch in managing over 376.9 million square feet of space across 9,600 buildings in more than 2,200 communities nationwide. The BPA also enables ZemiTek to deliver services across three regional offices throughout the United States, with the initial phase of work launching in support of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office.
