GSA 8(a) STARS III is a Governmentwide Acquisition Contract that provides flexible access to IT services and customized IT services-based solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners.
By leveraging 8(a) STARS III, agencies can streamline procurement and gain rapid access to proven 8(a) firms through an established multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract vehicle, saving valuable time and taxpayer dollars.
