GSA Polaris Women-Owned Small business (WOSB)
Polaris is a small business GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract) for acquiring customized information technology services and IT services-based solutions.
The GSA Polaris Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Pool is a set-aside for information technology (IT) services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, data architecture and design, information and communications technology, IT operations and maintenance, software development, and systems. ZemiTek’s Polaris GWAC contract offers a 10-year ordering period (5-year base + 5-year option), supporting federal agencies with customized IT services and IT services-based solutions.
Statement of Compliance

Innovative, future-ready technology services aligned with the TBM taxonomy that enable agencies to adopt modern, flexible solutions as technologies evolve over the life of the contract.
Cloud Services
On‑demand access to scalable computing resources—including networks, storage, applications, and infrastructure, enabling rapid provisioning with minimal management effort.
Data Management
Data management services help agencies govern, protect, and maximize the value of data assets through structured planning, secure practices, and advanced analytics.
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Services
ICT services support the management and integration of communications, networking, audiovisual, and monitoring systems to enable secure, connected, and collaborative agency operations.
Operations and Maintenance
IT Operations and Maintenance includes the operation and management of technology infrastructure.
Software Development
Software development services support the full lifecycle, from requirements and design through development and validation—using modern methodologies such as Agile and DevSecOps to ensure solutions meet mission objectives.
System Design
System design services plan and integrate hardware, software, and communications technologies to deliver customized IT solutions, including system implementation and user support as needed.
Ancillary Support
Ancillary support services may be provided when necessary to fully deliver an IT services‑based solution and are included only when integral to the associated task order requirements.
