Uzbekistan
Strengthening Health Security

Our work in Uzbekistan focused on advancing health outcomes and regional cooperation. Through LEAP Global, we facilitated sustainable TB financing reforms, reducing the disease burden. Additionally, we managed logistics and strategic communications for a high-level regional ministerial, strengthening diplomatic ties. By supporting both health and diplomatic initiatives, we contributed to improved health and regional stability.

Fiji and Papua New Guinea
Facilitating Mission Openings

Our work in Fiji and Papua New Guinea (PNG) involved managing coordination logistics and strategic communication plans for senior leadership trips, including the opening of the Fiji Regional Mission and PNG Country Office. By ensuring smooth and effective mission openings, we contributed to strengthened regional engagement and development efforts.

Tajikistan
Enhancing Tuberculosis Diagnostics through LIMS Implementation

Our work in Tajikistan, through LEAP Global, supported the integration of TB screening platforms with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) in 66 districts, enhancing diagnostic accuracy and timeliness for TB elimination. By improving the efficiency and accuracy of TB diagnostics, we contributed to more effective disease control and prevention.
