ZemiTek played a crucial role in reinforcing the justice system in Moldova by supporting
the Prosecutorial Vetting Commission. Our efforts contribute to enhancing transparency, accountability, and public trust by ensuring that prosecutors undergo a rigorous vetting process. Through strategic guidance and technical support, we are helping to establish a fair, efficient, and corruption-resistant judicial framework that upholds the rule of law.

In Serbia, ZemiTek conducted a comprehensive internal evaluation of the Local Works Serbia program, providing USAID with critical insights to optimize the initiative’s impact. Our findings helped refine strategies for community engagement, resource allocation, and program sustainability, ensuring that development efforts are responsive to local needs and drive meaningful change.

Across the Balkans, ZemiTek facilitated Local Works Learning Summits, creating collaborative platforms for knowledge exchange among development practitioners. These summits fostered innovation, shared best practices, and empowered local organizations to lead their own development initiatives. By strengthening regional networks and partnerships, we are helping to build a more resilient and locally driven development ecosystem.

In response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, ZemiTek, supported the delivery of over $4.8 million in medical supplies, clothing, and essential equipment to communities in need.
